Libur Lebaran Tiba, Pergerakan Wisdom Diproyeksi Capai 123,8 Juta
Gubernur Bali Diminta Cari Solusi Event Pengganti Sekelas FIFA World Cup U20
Jbm.co.id-BADUNG | Kunjungan Wisatawan Domestik (Wisdom) selama momentum libur Lebaran 2023 diproyeksi naik tajam. Bahkan, jumlah kunjungan ke destinasi wisata meningkat, terutama Destinasi Wisata yang selama ini menjadi destinasi favorit Wisdom, seperti Tanah Lot, Bedugul, Penglipuran, Kintamani, Uluwatu, Canggu dan Pantai Kuta akan diserbu oleh Wisdom.
Hal tersebut disampaikan Ketua Aliansi Pelaku Pariwisata Marginal Bali (APPMB) Puspa Negara, saat dikonfirmasi awak media, Senin, 10 April 2023.
Menurut Puspa Negara, momentum libur Lebaran ini bisa menjadi pelepas dahaga atas batalnya FIFA World Cup U20 dan ancaman batalnya ANOC World Beach Game, pada bulan Agustus nanti. Padahal, Bali butuh event untuk mempercepat pemulihan kepariwisataan Bali, pasca Covid-19.
“Pariwisata tanpa event adalah hambar. Jadi, libur lebaran ini memiliki potensi tumbuhnya pergerakan Hikmah sebesar 25 persen,” terangnya.
Dari kacamata pariwisata, pergerakan masyarakat menuju destinasi seluruh Indonesia diprediksi mencapai 123,8 juta orang. Khusus untuk Bali, lanjutnya, data tertinggi pergerakan Wisatawan Domestik ke objek wisata di Bali tahun 2019 sebanyak 13 juta lebih.
Pada libur lebaran tahun ini, diproyeksi pergerakan kunjungan wisatawan ke Destinasi Wisata atau objek-objek wisata mencapai 9-12 juta. Hal ini akan mendorong peningkatan kunjungan ke sejumlah Destinasi Wisata favorit, seperti Bali, untuk menciptakan pergerakan ekonomi pada berbagai sektor hingga UMKM.
“Gagalnya perhelatan FIFA World Cup U20 telah membuat kita para pelaku pariwisata lembek dan gundah, karena justru event besar semacam itu diyakini menjadi generator kebangkitan pariwisata Bali dari segala prospek, baik jumlah kunjungan maupun kehumasan atau branding Bali. Kita tetap berharap semakin banyak event-event internasional hadir di Bali,” jelasnya.
Oleh karena itu, Puspa Negara meminta Gubernur Bali untuk bisa melakukan pergantian pemain atas kegagalan Piala Dunia U20 dengan acara sejenis, bukan hanya menolak tanpa solusi.
“Kami dorong Gubernur Bali mencari solusi event substitusi yg lebih banyak, lebih besar dan berkelanjutan untuk mengimbangi kegagalan tuan rumah FIFA World Cup U20. Selanjutnya libur Lebaran ini, kita berharap tingkat okupansi naik hingga 80-90 persen dan dapat memberikan multifliyer effect kepada pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah pada berbagai sektor,” pungkasnya.
