Tuntut Insentif, Ketua DPRD Putu Parwata Terima Audiensi Guru PAUD/TK Swasta se-Badung
Jbm.co.id-BADUNG | Ketua DPRD Kabupaten Badung Putu Parwata menerima audiensi Guru PAUD/TK Swasta se-Badung, Senin, 13 Maret 2023.
Ketua DPRD Badung Putu Parwata mengungkapkan kehadiran Guru PAUD/TK Swasta se-Badung bertujuan untuk menuntut hak mereka berupa insentif yang kini tak diperolehnya lagi, dikarenakan terjangan pandemi Covid-19 lalu.
“Hal ini terkait dengan hak-hak mereka yang belum diperoleh. Dulu dapat Rp 600.000 per bulannya dan karena Covid-19 insentif tersebut terputus,” ungkapnya.
Selanjutnya, Putu Parwata akan mengusulkan agar Pemerintah bisa membantu, karena hal tersebut berpeluang untuk dilakukan, lantaran melihat kemampuan keuangan daerah mencukupi, khususnya di Badung.
“Baiklah, kita hidup tolong-menolong, saling mengasihi supaya pemerintah hadir di tengah-tengah kepentingan masyarakat,” terangnya.
Soal insentif guru PAUD dan TK swasta tersebut, Putu Parwata menyatakan insentif akan diberikan pada anggaran perubahan 2023.
“Peluangnya adalah di perubahan APBD Badung 2023. Saat ini, induk sudah diketok, sehingga peluangnya di APBD Perubahan DPRD Badung,” paparnya.
Untuk besarannya, Putu Parwata akan mengajukan insentif diperuntukan bagi kepala sekolah sebesar Rp 1 juta dan kalangan guru menerimanya sebesar Rp 800 Ribu.
“Ya, kami mengusulkan angka ini karena insentif akan mendorong atau memotivasi para guru dalam proses belajar-mengajar,” pungkasnya.
Turut hadir, Cok. Istri Ari Astiti dari Disdikpora dan juga dihadiri oleh Ni Nyoman Sukawati dari K3TK serta perwakilan IGTKI diantaranya A.A.Budi Utami, Lucia Kusmirah, Ni Kadek Suartini dan Endang Suhartatie dari IGTKI. (ace).
