Jbm.co.id-BANGLI | Bekerja sama dengan Majelis Hukama Muslimin Indonesia (MHM), Universitas Hindu I Gusti Bagus Sugriwa menggelar Seminar Hari Persaudaraan Dunia yang diselenggarakan di Kampus Bangli, Senin, 30 Januari 2023.
Seminar dibuka oleh Wakil Bupati Bangli, I Wayan Diar ditandai dengan pemukulan Gong.
Hadir dalam seminar tersebut, Direktur Pendidikan Dirjen Bimas Hindu Kementerian Agama RI, I Gusti Made Sunarta, Direktur Majelis Hukama Muslimin Indonesia, Muchlis M. Hanafi, Rektor UHN I Gusti Bagus Sugriwa, I Gusti Ngurah Sudiana, Ketua PHDI Bali, para Rektor dan Pimpinan Perguruan Tinggi, Ketua PHDI, MUI, PGI, KWI, Walubi, dan Matakin Kabupaten Bangli, Forum Kerukunan Umat Beragama Kabupaten Bangli, Peradah Bangli, Para Pemuka Agama, Cendikiawan, Dosen dan Mahasiswa yang hadir, para narasumber dan moderator serta undangan lainnya.
Rektor UHN I Gusti Bagus Sugriwa, I Gusti Ngurah Sudiana dalam sambutannya menyampaikan, saat ini UHN telah memiliki lebih dari 5 ribu orang mahasiswa dan 437 orang pegawai dosen, serta memiliki ikatan mahasiswa yang sangat bagus. Kegiatan seminar dengan tema “Persaudaraan Manusia Internasional” ini adalah seminar Internasional ketiga yang diselenggarakan oleh UHN I Gusti Bagus Sugriwa bekerja sama dengan Majelis Hukama Muslimin Indonesia, yang bertujuan untuk menginspirasi kampus untuk bergerak lebih maju terkait dengan persaudaraan manusia dan literasi beragama yang bernuansa akademis.
Pihaknya berharap, semoga seminar ini dapat bermanfaat bagi kita semua. “Dan mari kita gelorakan persaudaraan internasional, dari bali untuk dunia internasional,” tambahnya.
Direktur Majelis Hukama Muslimin Indonesia, Muchlis M. Hanafi, dalam sambutannya menyampaikan ucapan terima kasih kepada semua pemangku kepentingan yang telah bekerjasama dalam penyelengaraan seminar ini. Seminar Hari Persaudaraan Dunia dilaksanakan adalah dalam rangka membangun komunikasi kehidupan beragama di dunia global agar tidak dicemari oleh konflik dan permusuhan dan peperangan yang tidak berkesudahan, yang sering mengatasnamakan agama, sehingga dapat menyebabkan krisis kemanusiaan.
Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan manusia dapat hidup berdampingan secara damai dan selalu mengingat nilai-nilai kemanusiaan.
Sementara itu, Wakil Bupati Bangli dalam sambutannya menyampaikan, Hari Internasional Persaudaraan Manusia (International Day Of Human) telah menetapkan PBB untuk diperingati setiap tanggal 4 Februari, merupakan upaya Pemerintah Dunia dalam menjaga harmonisasi kehidupan umat manusa. Hari Persaudaraan Dunia lahir sebagai respon dari pemaksaan dunia pada kebencian kebencian terhadap agama, suku, ras dan sebagainya yang telah merusak semangat toleransi dan keragaman sebagai sesame makhluk ciptaan Tuhan.
Wabup Diar menambahkan, Hari Internasional Persaudaraan Manusia dapat menjadi pijakan bagi terlaksananya moderasi beragama di Indonesia, membudayakan dialog dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat, agar sikap saling menghormati tetap terjalin dengan utuh. Semua Langkah tersebut merupakan implementasi Pancasila sebagai dasar negara kita.
Melalui seminar ini, Wabup Diar berharap, nantinya akan lahir pemikiran-pemikiran dan rekomendasi yang mampu memberikan pencerahan dan solusi dalam memecahkan berbagai persoalan bangsa. (surya).
