Jbm.co.id-TABANAN | Hasil sitaan dari 20 perkara Tindak Pidana Umum (Pidum) berupa Barang Bukti (BB) periode semester II atau selama bulan Juli sampai November 2022 dimusnahkan Kejaksaan Negeri Tabanan, Senin, 21 November 2022.
Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Tabanan Ni Made Herawati mengungkapkan, Barang Bukti berkekuatan hukum tetap atau Inckracht yang dimusnahkan lebih dominan Narkotika jenis sabu seberat 45,16 gram.
Disebutkan, dalam setahun setidaknya dilakukan dua kali kegiatan pemusnahan Barang Bukti. Bahkan, pihaknya mengaku, dalam pemusnahan ini lebih didominasi kasus Narkotika. Namun, selama tahun 2022, kasus penyalahgunaan Narkotika untuk Barang Bukti sudah mulai turun.
“Kasus kali ini, ada 20 perkara, mulai dari Narkotika jenis shabu 45,16 gram, pakaian, tas, alat hisap shabu atau bong, sedotan, bungkus rokok, timbangan digital, dan gunting,” rincinya.
Dijelaskan, selama setahun, pihaknya melakukan dua kali program pemusnahan. Dalam periode ini, imbuhnya, terjadi penurunan yang signifikan, baik itu jumlah maupun jenisnya.
“Semester I Barang Bukti yang kami musnahkan berupa Narkotika jenis Shabu dengan jumlah total 42,51 gram, Ganja dengan jumlah total 106,31 gram. Selanjutnya, ada Ekstasi dengan jumlah total 28,01 gram, Tablet/Pil dengan jumlah total 30.430 butir. Selain itu, juga ada Handphone sejumlah sepuluh unit. Selain itu, juga ada pakaian, alat hisap shabu/bong, timbangan digital, senjata tajam berupa pisau lipat dan knukcle, buku tafsir mimpi serta paito. Untuk periode pertama dan kedua, secara Barang Bukti turun,” pungkasnya. (kyn).
