Ferdinand Ditahan, Ketum KNPI Haris Pertama Langsung Gaungkan Tagar #TidakPercumaLaporPolisi#
JBM.co.id, Jakarta – Bareskrim Polri resmi menetapkan Ferdinand Hutahaean sebagai tersangka dan langsung dilakukan penahanan dalam kasus dugaan ujaran kebencian bermuatan SARA dalam cuitan “Allahmu Lemah”.
Ketua Umum KNPI, Haris Pertama yang melaporkan Ferdinand ke Bareskrim Polri menggaungkan tagar #TidakPercumaLaporPolisi#.
“Mari gaungkan #TidakPercumaLaporPolisi,” kata Haris dalam unggahannya di Twitter, Senin (10/1/2022).
Keadilan yang diberikan Polri, sangat sesuai dengan transformasi Polri Presisi dan ditunjukkan dengan baik, saat menangani kasus yang bisa membuat perpecahan, meruntuhkan kesatuan dan persatuan.
“Keadilan dan kebenaran sudah mulai tegak kembali #TidakPercumaLaporPolisi#”, tambah Haris menekankan.
Haris mengimbau, agar masyarakat Indonesia tak mudah terprovokasi, menjaga kebhinekaan dan yang terpenting, Haris menekankan harus meyakini, bahwa Polri mampu menjaga keutuhan NKRI.
Bareskrim resmi menetapkan Ferdinand sebagai tersangka dan menahan Ferdinand di Rumah Tahanan Bareskrim Mabes Polri untuk 20 hari ke depan.
Penahanan dilakukan, dengan alasan penyidik khawatir Ferdinand melarikan diri. Alasan kedua, khawatir mengulangi perbuatannya dan ketiga menghilangkan barang bukti.
Untuk alasan objektif, kata dia, Ferdinand ditahan, dengan ancaman hukumannya lebih dari 5 tahun.
Dalam kasus ini, Ferdinand diancam dengan Pasal 14 ayat 1 dan 2, Peraturan Hukum Pidana UU 1/1946 kemudian, Pasal 45 ayat (2) jo pasal 28 ayat (2) UU ITE dengan ancaman hukuman 10 tahun penjara. (Red/*).
