Jakarta, JBM.CO.ID | Infografis terkait Virus Korona (Covid-19) dari BNPB Dalam rangka mengantisipasi menyebarnya Virus Korona (Covid-19) di wilayah Negara Kesatuan Repubilk Indonesia, diperlukan penanganan darurat bencana yang dilaksanakan berdasarkan status keadaan darurat penyebaran virus corona semakin meluas dan menyebabkan jatuhnya banyak korban jiwa, kerugian harta benda, dampak psikologis pada masyarakat, serta mengancam dan mengganggu kehidupan dan penghidupan masyarakat.
Mempertimbangkan hal tersebut, Kepala Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana (BNPB) menetapkan Keputusan Nomor 13A Tahun 2020 tentang Perpanjangan Status Keadaan Tertentu Darurat Bencana Wabah Penyakit Akibat Virus Corona di Indonesia yang ditandatangani pada 29 Februari 2020.
“Perpanjangan Status Keadaan Tertentu sebagaimana dimaksud dalam diktum KESATU berlaku selama 91 (sembilan puluh satu) hari, terhitung sejak tanggal 29 Februari 2020 sampai dengan tanggal 29 Mei 2020,” demikian bunyi Diktum KEDUA Keputusan Kepala BNPB tersebut.
Segala biaya yang dikeluarkan sebagai akibat ditetapkannya Surat Keputusan ini, menurut aturan tersebut, dibebankan pada Dana Siap Pakai yang ada di Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana.
“Keputusan ini mulai berlaku pada tanggal ditetapkan dengan ketentuan apabila dikemudian hari terdapat kekeliruan akan dilakukan perbaikan sebagaimana mestinya,” bunyi Diktum KEEMPAT atau yang terakhir dalam Keputusan tersebut. /Jbm
