SINGARAJA-JBM.CO.ID – Program Tentara Manunggal Membangun Desa (TMMD) ke-107 di lingkup Kodam IX/Udayana resmi dibuka oleh Bupati Buleleng, Putu Agus Suradnyana, ST, mewakili Gubernur Bali DR Ir I Wayan Koster, MM.
Pembukaan ditandai dengan penandatangan nota serah terima antara Bupati Buleleng dan Aster Kasdam IX/Udayana Kolonel Inf Jemz A. Ratu Edo di Kodim 1609/Buleleng, Senin (16/3/2020) pagi.
“Kolaborasi TNI Dan Pemerintah Daerah Serta Elemen Masyarakat dalam pelaksanaan TMMD ke – 107 ini adalah sebagai bentuk dukungan terhadap percepatan pelaksanaan program pemerintah dan pemerintah daerah dalam pembangunan di desa. Serta guna memantapkan wawasan kebangsaan dalam bermasyarakat,” ungkap Agus ditemui usai membuka TMMD ke-107.
Menurut Bupati Agus, dengan terbangunnya beberapa infrastruktur ini tentu memberikan dampak jangka panjang bagi masyarakat. Selain mendatangkan kesejahteraan, tentu dengan gotong-royong ini akan memupuk kebersamaan antar masyarakat di desa.
“Semangat kebersamaan, kegotong-royongan serta persatuan dan kesatuan antara masyarakat Desa Panji Anom bersama TNI perlu diapresiasi pemerintah di tengah wabah corona yang mulai merebak di sejumlah daerah,” kata Bupati asal Desa Banyuatis ini.
Di tempat yang sama, Kolonel Inf Jemz A. Ratu Edo menjelaskan bahwa TMMD adalah sebagai salah satu bhakti TNI yang dilaksanakan dalam rangka membantu Pemerintah Daerah. Disamping itu TMMD juga memiliki tujuan untuk menyiapkan ruang, alat dan kondisi juang yang tangguh.
“Dalam situasi seperti ini, para prajurit tetap siap melaksanakan tugas sebagaimana mestinya dan tentu harus memperhatikan ketahanan fisik sesuai dengan koridornya,” tutur Ratu Edo.
Ditanya terkait pelaksanaan TMMD ditengah wabah corona ini, perwira melati tiga ini menegaskan bahwa TMMD terus berjalan. Ini sebagai komitmen membantu masyarakat. Kebutuhan masyarakat akan sarana dan prasarana seperti air bersih adalah yang utama untuk diwujudkan.
“Fasilitas seperti jalan tentu sangat penting sebagai sarana transportasi di desa. Kalau tidak terselesaikan tentu akan mempengaruhi kehidupan masyarakat di desa,” jelas Jemz A. Ratu Edo.
Setelah penandatangan, acara dilanjutkan dengan acara ramah-tamah bersama seluruh tamu undangan yang hadir pada pembukaan.
