BANDUNG, JBM.CO.ID – Mengantisipasi Virus Corona (Covid-19) menyebar, tim kesehatan dari Lembaga Pemasyarakatan (Lapas) Kelas I Sukamiskin melakukan pengecekan suhu tubuh terhadap warga binaan.
Ini dilakukan, sesuai arahan dari Direktorat Jenderal Pemasyarakatan (DitjenPas) mengambil langkah preventif khususnya terkait Lembaga Pemasyarakatan (Lapas) dan Rumah Tahanan Negara (Rutan), dan Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak (LPKA) waspada atas Covid-19.
Sementara itu, Kalapas Sukamiskin Abdul Karim menuturkan sementara jadwal kunjungan bagi tahanan sementara ditiadakan sampai waktu tertentu guna mencegah virus covid-19. Semisal pada kantor wilayah Kemenkumham DKI Jakarta, yang akan meniadakan kunjungan keluarga bagi penghuni Lapas, Rutan dan LPKA terhitung dari tanggal 18 sampai 31 Maret 2020.
Petugas Lapas Kelas I Sukamiskin juga melakukan pemeriksaan suhu tubuh pengunjung yang yang akan membesuk warga binaan, jumat (16/3/2020). Penyebaran virus corona membuat sebagian besar warga pemasyarakatan perlu mengantisipasi penularannya.
Hal itu sebagai langkah pencegahan, agar penyakit membahayakan tersebut tidak menyebar di lapas.
“Pengecekan suhu tubuh kepada pengunjung kita lakukan, untuk mengantisipasi penularan Corona. Kita juga edarkan brosur mengenai Corona,” kata Kalapas Kelas I Sukamiskin, Senin (16/3/2020)
Dijelaskannya, selain melakukan pencegahan virus Covid 19, pihak lapas juga mensosialisasikan perilaku hidup sehat, bersih. “Kita sudah bekerjasama dengan rumah sakit, jika ada yang positif nanti ada pemeriksaan lanjutan,” jelasnya.
