SINGARAJA-JBM.CO.ID – Dua penguasa Narkoba wilayah Kota Singaraja, Buleleng, Bali, yang selama ini tidak tersentuh hukum, akhirnya takluk juga.
Kedua anggota jaringan mafia Narkoba Kota Singaraja itu adalah Ketut Sulaksana alias Andre, 22, mahiswa, beralamat di Banjar Delod Peken, Kelurahan Kendran; dan Gede Prayoga alias Yoga, 24, mahasiswa, Banjar Delod Peken, Kelurahan Kendran.
Kasatres Narkoba Polres Buleleng AKP I Made Derawi, SH, dalam keterangan pers di Mapolres Buleleng, Jumat (13/3/2020) siang menjelaskan kedua mahasiswa yang terjerat dalam kehidupan gelap Narkoba itu dibekuk Rabu (11/3/2020) malam pukul 24.00 wita di pinggir Jalan Yudistira, Kelurahan Astina, Singaraja.
Dari tangan kedua tersangka Narkoba itu, polisi menyita sejumlah barang bukti (BB) berupa 1 gulungan kertas minyak yang di dalamnya terdapat 1 plastip plip yang berisi butiran kristal bening yang diduga narkotika jenis sabu dengan berat 0,45 gram brutto (0,25 gran netto); serta 1 buah HP merk Samsung warna hitam .
Kasat Derawi menceritakan, saat itu tersangka Andre sedang membawa 1 gulungan kertas minyak yang didalamnya terdapat 1 palstip plip yang berisi butiran kristal bening yang diduga narkotika jenis sabu. “Tersangka Yoga memegang 1 buah handpone merk Samsung warna hitam,” cerita Derawi didampingi Kasubbaghumas Polres Buleleng Iptu Gede Sumarjaya, SH.
Kedua mahasiswa yang menjadi budak Narkoba itu dijerat pasal 112 ayat (1) jo pasal 132 ayat (1) UU RI Nomor 35 Tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika.
