Para pemain yang tergabung di klub Tunas Harapan FC, juara Liga III Kompetisi Askab Buleleng, 2019, sejak Rabu (11/3/2020) hingga Kamis (12/3/2020) diberikan pelatihan dan pengetahuan dasar bermain sepak bola yang benar.
mulai teknik menendang,long passing hingga dribling termasuk latihan fisik. Pemain rata-rata berusia di bawah 23 tahun,mengaku sangat antusias karena mendapat pengalaman berharga dari salah satu pemain nasional.
Ali Usman, usai memberikan coaching clinic mengaku cukup puas setelah melihat kemampuan dasar para pemain dalam mengolah kulit bundar. Namun, demikian, menurutnya, masih banyak sisi lemah yang harus diperbaiki. Terutama soal penguasaan bola, passing dan teknik menendang.
“Belum maksimal dalam memanfaatkan kekuatan fisik,masih seperti penari dan itu terus menerus harus dilakukan perbaikan untuk mendapatkan kekuatan fisik yang ideal,” katanya.
Ali Usman mengatakan, sepak bola saat ini sudah menjadi industri sehingga pemain sepak bola sudah sejak dini mempersiapkan diri agar bisa bersaing dalam dunia sepak bola.
“Rata-rata pemain disini (Tunas Harapan,red) sudah memiliki skill individu yang cukup,tinggal mengimbangi dengan peningkatan fisik dan teknik bermain yang lebih baik,” tandasnya.
