DENPASAR- JARRAK.ID – Rencana Pemkab Buleleng membangun Tempat Pemrosesan Akhir (TPA) sampah baru di lahan milik Pemprov Bali di Desa Patas, Kecamatan Gerokgak yang beberapa waktu lalu diusulkan ke Pemprov Bali mendapatkan repon positif. Selasa (11/3/2020) kemarin, Tim Biro Aset BPKAD Provinsi Bali, Dinas Pertanian dan Ketahanan Pangan Provinsi Bali, dan Bidang Aset BPKAD Kabupaten Buleleng melakukan peninjauan terhadap lahan yang dimohon tersebut.
Sebelumnya, Pemkab Buleleng melalui Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Buleleng telah memohon lahan seluas 17 hektare dari total luas lahan 22 hektar. Saat ini lahan yang diusulkan oleh Pemkab Buleleng tersebut dimanfaatkan sebagai Balai Benih Pembantu Palawija oleh Dinas Pertanian dan Ketahanan Pangan Provinsi Bali. Dari tinjauan tersebut, Dinas Pertanian dan Ketahanan Pangan Provinsi Bali akan melakukan kajian dan kemudian akan akan diserahkan kepada Gubernur Bali melalui Biro Aset BPKAD Provinsi Bali.
Saat dikonfirmasi Rabu (11/3/2020), Kepala DLH Kabupaten Buleleng Putu Ariadi Pribadi mengatakan, saat ini pihaknya masih menunggu kajian yang dibuat. Nantinya keputusan akan diberikan oleh Gubernur Bali I Wayan Koster.
“Kami masih menunggu kajiannya dulu, setelah kajian selesai baru diserahkan ke pak Gubernur. Nanti Pak Gubernur yang memberikan keputusan,” tuturnya saat ditemui diruang kerjanya.
Mantan Camat Gerokgak ini menjelaskan, kemungkinan akan ada dua opsi yang diberikan oleh Pemprov yakni lahan itu dihabahkan atau dengan sistem pinjam pakai.
“Usulan awal kami agar lahan tersebut dihibahkan, tapi kalau dengan sistem pinjam pakai kami tinggal ubah usulan yang sudah kami ajukan,” imbuhnya.
Ditanya tentang rancangan pembangunan TPA di Desa Patas, ia mengatakan, TPA Patas akan berbeda dengan TPA Bengkala. Mulai dari tatanannya akan lebih modern. Kalau di TPA Bengkala menampung sampah yang belum terpilah, nanti TPA Patas hanya akan menerima sampah residu dari desa dan titik angkut. TPA itu juga disebutkan akan ada tempat pengolahan kompos, dan pengolahan energi.
“Nanti kedepannya kami akan cari pihak ketiga yang mau bekerjasama dalam pengolahan sampah menjadi tenaga listrik,” lanjutnya.
Ariadi berharap, Pemprov bisa memberikan lahan tersebut agar TPA bisa segers dibangun. Hal ini mengingat TPA bengkala yang sudah overload.
“Kami berharap tahun ini sudah ada keputusan, sehingga kami bisa menyusun anggaran untuk pembangunan ditahun 2021,” pungkasnya.
