Jakarta, JBM.CO.ID | Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) terus melakukan pengembangan perkara suap salah satu komisioner Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Wahyu Setiawan. Dalam kasus ini, KPK menetapkan Harun Masiku dan Seful Bahri (Fungsionaris PDI-P) sebagai tersangka pemberi suap Wahyu Setiawan.
Keduanya ditetapkan sebagai tersangka disinyalir memberikan janji kepada Wahyu selaku Komisioner KPU, untuk memuluskan karir Harun sebagai anggota DPR dalam proses pergantian antar waktu (PAW).
kali ini lembaga anti rasuah memeriksa Arif Budiman untuk yang kedua kalinya, Jum’at (28/2/2020).
Penyidik KPK memeriksa Arif Budiman selaku ketua KPU, kaitan hubungan antara ketua KPU dengan tersangka Wahyu Setiawan dan Harun Masiku.
Disampaikan oleh Arif kepada penyidik KPK, bahwa Ia tidak mengenal Harun Masiku. Tersangka juga pernah mencoba menemui Arif di Kantor KPU guna menyerahkan surat permohonan pelaksanaan putusan Mahkamah Agung (MA) mengenai uji materi dan atau Judicial review.
Namun Arif menolak permohonan tersebut, menurutnya surat yang disampaikan Harun tidak sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan.
