Balita harus banyak bermain. Orang tua membelikan boneka dan sepeda untuk melatih kecerdasan dan ketangkasan. Mainan alias game bertindak sebagai simulasi yang banyak dilakukan orang dewasa untuk memahami kecanggihan teknologi. Anak sejak balita dikondisikan supaya tidak gagap teknologi.
Para sarjana di luar negeri juga menyarankan agar balita mempunyai asupan gizi yang memadai sehingga pertumbuhan fisik dan mentalnya tidak mengalami hambatan serius. Di Indonesia dikenal nama PAUD atau Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini. Pre-school children. Pendidikan anak sebelum usia sekolah.
PAUD disosialilasikan pemerintah Indonesia sampai ke desa-desa. Diharapkan generasi abad mendatang tidak ada lagi yang cacat baik secara jasmaniah maupun rohaniah. Indonesia perlu pemuda-pemudi yang tangguh dalam gerakan pembangunan Negeri di segala bidang. /Jbm
