Lampung, JBM.CO.ID | Lembaga Adhiyaksa Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Lampung menerima angsuran uang pengganti dari terpidana Sugiarto Wiharjo alias Alay senilai Rp10 miliar yang diberikan oleh pihak keluarga terpidana didampingi penasihat hukumnya, Sujarwo.
“Ini cicilan kedua kalinya, yang kami terima sebesar Rp10 miliar secara tunai,” kata Kepala Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kajati) Lampung, Diah Srikanti di Bandarlampung, Kamis, (20/2/2020).
Masih lanjut Diah, uang yang setorkan oleh keluarga Alay dan didampingi penasihat hukumnya itu, untuk mengangsur atas keseluruhan senilai Rp106 miliar berdasarkan penetapan putusan dari pengadilan.
Cicilan ini, nantinya akan segera disetorkan ke kas Negara oleh tim jaksa eksekutor dari Kejari Bandarlampung.
“Hari ini juga akan kita setorkan. Sebelumnya pada tanggal 22 maret 2019, terpidana telah mencicil senilai Rp1 miliar. Jadi total uang pengganti saat ini jadi sebesar Rp95 miliar,” tutupnya. /Jbm
