Metro, JBM.CO.ID | Ditemui di Rumah Pemenangan Andi Surya di Selikur C Yosomulyo, Bacalon Walikota Metro menyinggung persoalan hunian rumah bagi kelompok keluarga yang berpenghasilan rendah di Kota Metro.
“Diperkirakan ada sekitar 20% Keluarga di Metro belum memiliki rumah yang saat ini mereka berpindah-pindah untuk menyewa rumah hunian”, Ujar mantan Anggota DPD RI 2014 – 2019 ini.
Dilanjutkannya, warga masyarakat yang belum memiliki rumah ini kebanyakan dari kelompok berpenghasilan rendah sehingga belum mampu untuk memiliki rumah, Sebut Andi Surya, Senin (17/2/2020).
Diutarakannya, ke depan diperlukan upaya pemerintah untuk merancang program perumahan sederhana dengan skema tertentu, “bisa saja kerjasama dengan Kementerian PUPR yang saat ini sedang menyusun program pengadaan rumah sederhana atau dengan pihak swasta yang bergerak di bidang pembangunan perumahan”, Urai Ketua Yayasan Universitas MiTRA Indonesia ini.
“Yang paling penting adalah bagaimana membantu kelompok masyarakat ini dapat memiliki rumah dengan harga murah jika perlu dengan bunga 0%, sehingga taraf hidup mereka semakin membaik seiring dengan membaiknya ekonomi keluarga”, pungkas Andi Surya menutup pembicaraan. /JBM
