Bandar Lampung, JBM.CO.ID | Rusaknya jalan adalah salah satu faktor penyebab terjadinya kecelakaan lalu lintas. Disamping membuat arus Lalulintas menjadi tersendat. Untuk mencegah hal tersebut, Satlantas Polresta Bandar Lampung menimbun Jalan yang berlubang, di Jalan Ryacudu Sukarame Bandar Lampung, Kamis (30/1) Siang.
Kegiatan ini dilakukan oleh Satlantas bersama Dinas Pekerjaan umum kota Bandar Lampung dan masyarakat sekitar. Kasat lantas Polresta Bandar Lampung Kompol. Reza Khomeini mewakili Kapolresta Bandar Lampung Kombes Pol Yan Budi menerangkan.
“Setidaknya ada tiga titik lokasi penimbunan yang berada di jalur padat jalan tersebut. Selain melakukan penimbunan jalan berlubang dengan menggunakan material Batu, kami juga melakukan Plang Barier, yaitu tanda untuk tidak memutar arah di jalur-jalur tertentu sepanjang Jalan Ryacudu”, kakanya.
“Kami berharap dengan menghimbau agar pengguna Jalan selalu hati-hati di Jalan raya, khususnya di lokasi atau Daerah rawan, kegiatan ini dilakukan untuk mengurangi angka kecelakaan lalu lintas”, lanjutnya.
“Diketahui di Jalan Raya Ryacudu yang menghubungkan pintu tol Itera banyak di temukan kerusakan jalan yang mengakibatkan kemacetan dan membahayakan para pengguna jalan. Faktor terjadinya kecelakaan lalu lintas di jalan raya ada beberapa di antaranya faktor kendaraan, faktor jalan juga faktor manusia,” terang Kasatlantas. (JBM)
