Kordiv Pengawasan dan Hubungan Antar Lembaga Bawaslu Pacitan, Sulami mengatakan, dari lima pendaftar calon badan adhoc KPU tersebut, tiga diantaranya pernah tercatat sebagai calon anggota legislatif. Dan dua lainnya sebagai pengurus atau anggota parpol. “Itu kami temukan kemarin, dan saat ini tengah dilakukan klarifikasi oleh KPU,” ujarnya, Selasa (28/1).
Sulami menegaskan, ada enam poin pengawasan yang menjadi atensi utama bagi Bawaslu. Pertama, yaitu tidak boleh adanya pernikahan sesama penyelenggara. Selain itu periodisasi keanggotaan badan adhoc, indikasi masuk kepengurusan parpol atau tim sukses kampanye, kepatuhan prosedur, keterlambatan rekrutmen dan keabsahan dokumen. “Dari enam poin tersebut yang terindikasi kepengurusan parpol atau anggota ada lima orang. Soal periodisasi tidak ada, unsur kepatuhan prosedur sesuai tahapan, sudah dilaksanakan seusai ketentuan,” jelas Sulami.
Untuk persoalan lainnya, lanjut dia, seperti keterlambatan rekrutmen memang tidak ditemukan. Semua kecamatan sudah terpenuhi sesuai timeline yang ada. “Jadi semua kecamatan sudah terpenuhi, dan tidak ada masa perpanjangan pendaftaran,” tegas dia.
