JBM.CO.ID – BANDUNG – Seorang pasien yang diduga terjangkit novel coronavirus (nCov) atau virus corona menjalani perawatan di Rumah Sakit Umum Pemerintah Dr. Hasan Sadikin (RSHS), Kota Bandung.
Pasien itu dirujuk dari Rumah Sakit Cahya Kawaluya (RSCK), Kabupaten Bandung Barat.
Kepala Sub Bagian Humas RSHS Reny Meisuburryani membenarkan, pihaknya telah menerima pasien suspect virus Corona. Pasien tersebut saat ini sudah ditangani di Ruang Infeksi Khusus Kemuning (RIKK).
“Ya benar kami telah menerima suspect virus Corona dari Rumah Sakit Kawaluyaan, diterima di IGD kemudian saat ini sudah ada di RIKK,” tutur Reny, Minggu 26 Januari 2020 malam.
Pasien suspect virus corona itu adalah Warga Negara Asing asal Tiongkok berusia 31 tahun. Diketahui WNA Tiongkok tersebut baru kembali dari negara asalnya dan telah mendapatkan penanganan intensif.
Berdasarkan informasi yang dihimpun, pasien laki-laki itu dirujuk RS Cahya Kawaluyan ke RS Hasan Sadikin pada Minggu (26/1).
Reny mengatakan manajemen rumah sakit juga belum bisa memberikan kepastian penyakit pasien tersebut. Pihak RS akan menggelar jumpa pers tentang pasien terduga virus corona tersebut.
“Untuk informasi yang valid dan lengkap mohon bersabar menunggu besok (Senin), agar tidak berkembang menjadi informasi yang salah (hoax). Terima kasih, tetap jaga kesehatan dengan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat ya. Besok Bu Dirut akan memberikan keterangan,” ujar Reni
