Kediri, JBM.CO.ID—Karena menyediakan layanan plus-plus, sebuah panti pijat di Kota Kediri digerebek aparat kepolisian dari Resort kediri kota. Dalam penggerebekan tersebut, petugas mengamankan seorang perempuan sebagai pemilik tempat usaha, dan bukti transaksi esek-esek, Sabtu, (18/1).
Satreskrim Polres Kediri Kota berhasil membongkar praktek prostitusi berkedok panti pijat yang berada di Dandangan, Kota Kediri. Petugas mengamankan pemilik panti berinsial EPW (23) bersama sejumlah barang bukti.
Menurut kapolres Kediri Kota, AKBP Miko Indrayana, penggerebekan panti pijat plus-plus tersebut bermula dari informasi masyarakat. “Petugas mendapati seorang perempuan terapis tengah memberikan layanan esek-esek kepada pelanggannya,” ujarnya.
Dalam pemeriksaan diketahui, apabila pemilik usaha menyediakan tiga paket layanan plus-plus mulai harga Rp 150 hingga Rp 250. “Dari bisnis terlarang itu, tersangka memperoleh keuntungan mulai dari Rp 130 hingga Rp 180,” imbuhnya.
Akibat perbuatannya, tersangka EPW dijerat Pasal 296 KUHP tentang upaya mempermudah tindakan cabul orang lain, dengan hukuman paling lama satu tahun empat bulan. Namun, karena dalam kondisi hamil, tersangka tidak dilakukan penahanan.
Pihak kepolisian menghimbau kasus tersebut menjadi pelajaran bagi orang lain untuk tidak melakukan perbuatan serupa.(JBM)
