PALEMBANG, JBM.CO.ID Hujan deras disertai angin kencang yang terjadi di kawasan Kota Palembang pada kamis sore hingga malam (26/12/2019) menyebabkan banyaknya pohon tumbang dan beberapa daerah terendam banjir.
Hasil pemantauan JBM.CO.ID., banjir yang terjadi disejumlah titik seperti di Jln A.Yani, Jln Panca Usaha, Jl Panca Usaha, Jalan Simpang Polda, Jalan Basuki Rahmad Depan RS Hermina, Jln Tanjung Si Api-Api (arah bandara depan TIKI), dan Jln Veteran. Bahkan sejumlah ruas jalan lainnya pun tergenang banjir.
Tidak hanya banjir, hujan yang disertai angin kencang pun menyebabkan sejumlah pohon yang ada diruas jalan Kota Palembang pun tumbang. Akibatnya, sejumlah ruas jalan mengalami kelumpuhan yang menyebabkan macet hingga berjam-jam bahkan tak jarang kendaraan bermotor mengalami kerusakan akibat nekat melalui genangan banjir.
Lukman Hakim sebagai ketua umum Silaturahmi Komering (SIKOM) menuturkan kepada JBM.CO.ID, mengungkapkan bahwa hujan deras disertai angin kencang yang terjadi semalam membuat beberapa kawasan mengalami banjir. Banjir tersebut, jelas sangat menggangu aktivitas masyarakat Kota Palembang. Ungkapnya.
Ditambahkannya, Ia berpesan untuk mengingatkan semua warga kota Palembang khususnya Warga Komering yang ada di Palembang diharapkan harus waspada karena di musim penghujan saat ini sangat rawat dengan wabah penyakit DBD.
Ditempat lain, Sukma Hidayat sebagai Pengurus Aktivis Lintas Generasi (ALG) Sumatera Selatan, mengungkapkan bahwa Banjir yang terjadi di kota Palembang merupakan PR terbesar yang harus diselesaikan oleh Pemerintah Kota Palembang. Bahkan bukan itu saja, diharapkan pemerintah kota Palembang khususnya perlu sinergiatas dari beberapa dinas untuk duduk bersama dan lebih serius dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan Banjir ini. Tegasnya.
Ditambahkan Sukma Hidayat” bahwa AKTIVIS LINTAS GENERASI pada prinsipnya siap berkontrubusi pemikiran dan ikut memberikan solusi apabila pemerintah kota Palembang mengajak duduk bersama dalam menyelesaikan persoalan banjir. Tandasnya
