Pasuruan, JBM.CO.ID—Paska insiden kecelakaan beruntun yang terjadi di jalan raya Sentul Purwodadi Kabupaten Pasuruan, Kapolda Jawa Timur Irjen Pol Luky Hermawan meninjau lokasi Selasa, (24/12).
Polisi terus melakukan penyelidikan terkait insiden kecelakaan beruntun yang melibatkan 4 mobil dan 1 motor yang menewaskan 7 orang itu. Kapolda Jawa Timur Irjen Pol Luky Hermawan, bersama lima pilar langsung terjun ke lokasi kejadian untuk memastikan kondisi jalan dan penyebab kecelakaan.
Dari hasil penyelidikan polisi, diketahui kendaraan pengangkut alat berat tidak layak jalan. Karena kondisinya lapuk dimakan usia. Sementara sang sopir truk Slamet Zuhdi asal Baron Timur Nganjuk tidak memiliki Surat Ijin Mengemudi selama bekerja .
Polisi saat ini, masih melakukan penyelidikan terhadap pemilik alat berat dan jasa pengangkutannya.
Diketahui, kecelakaan maut di jalan raya Surabaya Malang tepatnya di Desa Sentul Kecamatan Purwodadi Kabupaten Pasuruan. Kecelakaan melibatkan 6 kendaraan mengakibatkan 7 orang meninggal dunia dan 5 lainnya mengalami luka. (Jbm)
