BANDUNG -JBM.CO.ID — Ketua Umum Baladhika Adhyaksa R. Yunan Buwana mendukung penuh dan mengapresiasi gebrakan Jaksa Agung RI Bapak ST. Burhanudin untuk mengusut tuntas kasus dugaan korupsi di PT. Jiwasraya dengan potensi merugikan keuangan negara sebesar 13.7 Trilyun (perkiraan awal).”
Melalui rilis yang diterima jayantaranews hari ini (18/12/2019, Yunan Buwana mengatakan, “Kami sangat mengapresiasi Bapak Jaksa Agung RI, belum genap 100 hari beliau dilantik oleh Presiden sudah menorehkan banyak prestasi,” ujarnya.
“Tidak tanggung tanggung kasus yang ditangani oleh Kejaksaan Agung RI dalam PT. Jiwasraya menurut kami adalah merupakan kasus dugaan perompakan secara sistematis oleh para Direksi yang lama,
kami berharap kasus ini dapat diusut tuntas dan terang berderang,” tandas Yunan
Dikabarkan sebelumnya, Kejaksaan Agung (Kejagung) memastikan adanya praktik korupsi di perusahaan BUMN PT Jiwasraya. Kejaksaan menaksir kerugian negara akibat korupsi tersebut mencapai 13,7 triliun rupiah.
Menurut Yunan, “apa yang disampaikan oleh Jaksa Agung tentang laporan hasil pemeriksaan dengan tujuan tertentu atas pengelolaan bisnis asuransi, investasi, pendapatan, dan biaya operasional adalah hal yang patut diadili,” urainya.
Masih mengutip penilaian Jaksa Agung bahwa, “Hal ini terlihat pada pelanggaran prinsip kehati-hatian dengan berinvestasi yang dilakukan oleh PT Asuransi Jiwasraya yang telah banyak melakukan investasi pada aset-aset dengan risiko tinggi untuk mengejar high grade atau keuntungan tinggi antara lain yang pertama adalah penempatan saham sebanyak 22,4 persen senilai 5,7 triliun rupiah dari aset finansial dan jumlah tersebut 5 persen dana ditempatkan pada saham perusahaan dengan kinerja baik dan sebanyak 95 persen dana ditempatkan di saham yang berkinerja buruk. Ini jelas-jelas adanya manajemen yang ngawur,”
