MATARAM – JBM.co.id – Eks Kepala Kantor Imigrasi Mataram, Kurniadie diketahui memiliki rekening khusus untuk menampung hasil uang haram.
Sebelumnya Kurniadie menjadi terdakwa korupsi suap Rp1,2 miliar dari pemilik saham properti Hotel Wyndham Sundancer Lombok Resort.
“Memang ada rekening saya untuk dari yang gado-gado itu lah,” kata Kurniadie ketika dihadirkan sebagai saksi persidangan terdakwa Yusriansyah Fazrin yang digelar Majelis Hakim Pengadilan Negeri Tipikor Mataram sebagaimana dikutip dari Antara, Kamis (28/11/2019).
Pernyataan itu disampaikan ketika Jaksa Penuntut Umum KPK menanyakan soal uang pungutan liar (pungli) yang disetorkan dari pendapatan Seksi Inteldakim Mataram di bawah kendali Yusriansyah.
“Saya terima. Tapi saya tidak tahu mana yang hasil ganti uang atau hasil pungli. Kadang dikasihnya langsung cash kadang juga transfer,” ujar dia.
Selain untuk menampung uang setoran dari Seksi Inteldakim Mataram, rekening khusus itu juga digunakannya untuk mengamankan uang SPPD dan hasil bisnis jual beli tanah.
