JAKARTA – JBM.co.id – Advokat senior OC Kaligis mengirimkan surat kepada Menteri BUMN, Erick Thohir guna membatalkan rencana mengangkat eks Pimpinan KPK, Chandra Hamzah sebagai salah satu bos BUMN.
“Surat tersebut telah disampaikan kepada Menteri Erick Thohir agar menjadi bahan pertimbangan,” kata Desyana, pengacara OC Kaligis, Desyana, di Jakarta hari ini, Jumat, (22/11/2019).
Desyana mengatakan Chandra Hamzah diberhentikan sebagai komisioner KPK melalui keputusan presiden. Candra dinilai terlibat perkara korupsi dan sempat ditahan di Mako Brimob, Kelapa Dua, Depok, Jawa barat.
Kasus Chandra kemudian diberhentikan oleh Presiden SBY melalui deponering demi alasan hukum.
“Aneh memang, koruptor dikesampingkan perkaranya demi kepentingan umum,” ujar Desyana.
OC Kaligis juga mengirimkan dua buku kepada Menteri Erick Thohir. Masing-masing buku itu berjudul “Korupsi Bibit-Chandra” dan “M. Nazarudin: Jangan Saya Direkayasa Politik & Dianiaya.”
Dua buku tersebut ditulis Kaligis untuk membongkar sejumlah rekayasa kasus korupsi di KPK saat Kaligis mendampingi sejumlah korban.
Bahkan buku-buku tersebut menjadi koleksi perpustakaan di Belanda, Australia dan di Kongres Amerika Serikat.
“Buku itu diberikan ke KPK agar tidak dinyatakan memfitnah.
Salah satu rekayasa di KPK kata dia adalah ketika eks Ketua KPK Antasari Azhar didakwa melakukan pembunuhan kepada Nasaruddin Zulkaenaen padahal tidak disertai bukti yang bisa dipertanggung jawabkan secara hukum.
