JAKARTA – JBM.co.id – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) resmi menahan eks Presiden Direktur Lippo Cikarang, Bartholomeus Toto dalam kasus suap pembangunan Meikarta dalam 20 hari ke depan.
“Tersangka BTO, swasta ditahan selama 20 hari pertama di Rutan cabang KPK,” kata Juru Bicara KPK, Febri Diansyah, Rabu, (20/11/2019).
Toto keluar dari gedung KPK sekitar pukul 20.00 WIB. Ia keluar memakai rompi tahanan dengan tangan diborgol.
KPK menduga Toto memberikan suap kepada eks Bupati Bekasi, Neneng Hassanah Yasin sebesar Rp10,miliar untuk memukuskan perizinan proyek pembangunan Meikarta.
