KENDARI – JBM.co.id – Jaringan Demokrasi Indonesia (JaDI) Sulawesi Tenggara (Sultra) akan melaporkan kasus dugaan korupsi yang melibatkan sejumlah kepala daerah di Sultra kepada Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK).
JaDI Sultra mengklaim sudah memiliki bukti sejumlah kasus dugaan korupsi, mulai bukti data, dokumentasi dan kesaksian.
“Ini akan menjadi hadiah pertama kepada pimpinan KPK periode 2019-2023,” kata Presidium JaDI Sultra, Hidayatullah, Minggu, (17/11/2019).
Menurut dia, beberapa kasus korupsi yang akan ia laporkan sebenarnya KPK sudah melakukan Pulbadket. Tapi kata dia, sampai saat ini prosesnya tidak jelas.
“Ada juga kasus yang ditangani kepolisian. Kita minta agar KPK melakukan supervisi dan monitoring,” tegas dia.
“Ada tujuh bupati yang akan kami laporkan. KPK sebenarnya sudah tahu siapa mereka ini,” sambung Hidayatullah.
Secara garis besar kata Hidayatullah, kasus dugaan korupsi tersebut berkaitan dengan kebijakan dan pengelolaan bidang pertambangan, proyek sejumlah pembangunan fisik dan jual beli jabatan.
Kemudian, kebijakan yang bersifat KKN serta oligarki dan dinasti-dinasti kekuasaan serta mark up sejumlah sejumlah program tertentu yang bersifat strategis.
“JaDI Sultra juga akan meminta pimpinan dan Dewan Pengawas KPK untuk mengevaluasi seluruh tim supervisi, monitoring dan pencegahan yang selama ini ditugaskan KPK di Sultra,” terang Hidayatullah.
Pasalnya tim pencegahan KPK kurang memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam menekan praktik KKN di Sultra.
“Kalau perlu angkat kaki saja tim KPK dari Sultra. Karena selama ini kerja mereka tidak memberikan efek jera bagi kepala daerah untuk tidak melakukan perbuatan korupsi. Atau pimpinan KPK merotasi atau mengganti mereka dengan tim yang lain,” tandas dia.
