Pensiun Jadi Menteri, KPK Periksa Lukman Hakim Soal Kasus Korupsi Haji dan Gratifikasi
JAKARTA – JBM.co.id – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) melakukan pemeriksaan kepada eks Menteri Agama, Lukman Hakim Saifuddin pada Jumat, (15/11/2019).
Ia diperiksa dalam kasus dugaan korupsi penyelenggaraan ibadah haji dan gratifikasi di lingkungan Kemenag.
“Terkait dengan penyelenggaraan haji, dan juga dugaan penerimaan gratifikasi di Kementerian Agama. Jadi baru dua poin itu yang bisa kami sampaikan,” katra Juru Bicara KPK, Febri Diansyah di Gedung Merah Putih KPK.
Ia mengatakan Lukman Hakim masih berstatus sebagai saksi dalam kasus dugaan korupsi yang tengah diselidiki KPK.
Namun demikian, Febri enggan memberikan keterangan lebih jauh soal sejauh mana kasus dugaan korupsi yang diduga melibatkan Lukman Hakim.
“Nanti tentu kita lihat apakah bisa ditingkatkan ke penyidikan atau tidak. Kalau bisa ditingkatkan, ruang lingkupnya apa. Tapi yang pasti sekarang yang sedang kami lakukan baru masih di tahap penyelidikan,” ujar Febri.
Saat menjabat sebagai Menag, Lukman Hakim pernah diperiksa dalam kasus yang sama.
KPK juga memanggil dan melakukan pemeriksaan kepada sejumlah saksi yang lain.
“Ini masih terus kami klarifikasi, ada beberapa orang juga yang perlu kami mintakan keterangan,” kata Febri.
Sebelumnya, Lukman Hakim tiba di gedung KPK sekitar pukul 13:30 Wib dan langsung memasuki ruang pemeriksaan.
