JAKARTA-JBM.CO.ID– KPK akan memanggil Putra Menteri Hukum dan HAM (Menkum HAM) Yasonna Laoly, Yamitema T Laoly pada Senin (18/11) pekan depan lantaran tidak memenuhi panggilan senin (11/11) lalu. Pemanggilan ini merupakan jadwal ulang pemeriksaan Yamitema sebagai saksi.
“Pemeriksaan (Yamitema T Laoly) akan dijadwalkan ulang pada hari Senin, 18 November 2019 di Gedung KPK,” kata Kabiro Humas KPK, Febri Diansyah kepada wartawan, Selasa (12/11/2019).
Yamitema menjadi saksi terkait kasus dugaan suap Wali Kota nonaktif Medan Dzulmi Eldin. Namun dia tidak hadir dalam pemanggilan KPK pada Senin (11/11) kemarin.
Febri mengatakan KPK sudah mengirimkan surat panggilan terhadap Yamitema ke rumahnya yang berada di Medan, Sumatera Utara. Tapi Yamitema tidak hadir karena belum menerima surat panggilan dari KPK.
“KPK telah menerima surat dari Saksi Yamitema T. Laoly yang pada prinsipnya menyampaikan tidak dapat menghadiri pemeriksaan kemarin karena belum menerima surat yang dikirimkan KPK ke rumah di Medan,” jelas Febri.
Ditambahkannya dalam kasus ini, KPK menetapkan tiga orang tersangka yakni Dzulmi Eldin, Isa Anshari dan Kasubbag Protokoler Syamsul Fitri Siregar. Ketiganya dijerat setelah KPK melakukan OTT pada Selasa (15/10).
Eldin diduga menerima suap total Rp 330 juta. Duit itu diduga untuk menutupi kelebihan biaya perjalanan dinas ke Jepang yang ditagih kepadanya. Kelebihan dana Rp 800 juta itu diduga akibat istri dan anak serta pihak lain yang tak berkepentingan turut ikut ke Jepang.
